1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
5. Shipment of Multiple Items
Please note that some items may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may have different shipping dates. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Prime Patriot Gear LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
Prime Patriot Gear LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional fees, including customs duties and taxes. Delivery times for international shipments vary based on the destination.
9. Returns Policy
