- Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (e.g., unworn, unwashed) unless they are defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer must message us at returns@primepatriotgear.com. Please include your order number and a description of the defect.
- Return Approval: Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You will need to print the label and attach it to the return package.

2. Replacement Policy
- Replacement Items: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned defective product, we will send out a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
- Processing Time: The replacement process will begin as soon as we receive the returned item. You can expect the replacement item to be shipped within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Store Credit: All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit will be applied to your account once the return is processed.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds (in the form of store credit) may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items returned after the 14-day window).
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
- Customized Items: Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
5. Processing Time
- Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the store credit will be applied to your account within 7-10 business days.
